RETURN POLICY: EVERY piece of our unique handmade beaded jewelry is delivered to you either Prioirty Mail or UPS. EACH and every item is delivered Signature Required and Insured to insure your precious gem gets delivered safely to you. All items are refundable and returnable. All items need to be shipped back within 14 days of receiving.
Because each handmade beaded jewelry piece is a different weight and value, shipping and insurance fees will be added to you total after you have completed your order. You will receive 2 reciepts. The first one will state your order. The second is a confirmation of order that will include shipping/insurance fees. Each order is sent UPS ground ~ insured and signature required to help prevent theft and damage of your valuables. Thank you.
